Hi All,
I’ll be at the National Media Museum in Bradford, with FriiSpray for the opening of the Life Online Gallery on 29th March from 8pm until 10:30pm.
The FriiSpraying will continue on Sat 31st March, Sunday 1st April and Monday 2nd April from 10am-4pm. The public will have the chance to contribute to a Motion Comic, using the ‘Comic Boom’ software.
The event is free, but places for FriiSpray are currently being ticketed for the 31st March, 1st & 2nd April sessions, so contact the Media Museum to book a slot. Contact info here: Tel: 0844 856 3797

It’s nearly November and therefore nearly time for Thought Bubble, Leeds’ vast Comic Book Festival 14-20th November. Hexjibber will be doing giant colouring in at his stall at the Comic Con in Royal Armouries Hall 19-20th, as well as taking part in the panel below:

A panel talk and Q&A with the shining stars of the UK indie comics scene. Come along and get the low-down on publishing your own comics from those who know best – some of the UK’s finest indie comic creators with guests Steve Tanner, Katie Green, Dr Geoff Banyard, Hugh ‘Shug’ Raine, and Hexjibber.
There is also a Hexjibber Motion Comic workshop again this year, but this is fully pre-booked with school groups.

For all of you who have been following my illustrated blog Hexjibber Hobbies, you can now buy the first year’s worth of entries in book form! “Hexjibber’s Hobbies Vol. 1″ is 124 pages, printed on 130gsm paper, with a gloss cover and I am selling it for a mere £7 (in person) and £7.99 (in Travelling Man)!
The book will be available at my stall, at this weekend’s Thought Bubble 2011 Comic Convention at Royal Armories Hall in Leeds. Get tickets here. There will also be giant colouring-in at my stall, and this year I am testing out some of the pages from my new, soon to be finished, book “The Hexjibber Anti-Revision Book”.

Hi,
I will be running an animation workshop at 4Talent’s Inspiration Week Event 2011, for 14- 19 year olds, at the National Media Museum in Bradford, on 26th October. Participants will be making stingers and idents for The National Media Museum‘s animation festival, with their work entered into a competition with a small commission prize.
